Black duck by the Animal Trap Co

Black Duck from the Animal Trap Company, Pascagoula, MS.  This bird is in the D45/D-4 model with a wooden body and tenite head.  Excellent original factory stamp on the bottom. Made between 1954 and 1960.  Beautiful original bird and the only black duck we have ever owned in this model!
